Position Overview

DataMTX is seeking an experienced Ironclad CLM Consultant to assist a client in assessing, optimizing, and enhancing their existing Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management platform. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, evaluating current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending industry best practices, and implementing enhancements that maximize the client's return on investment in Ironclad.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Ironclad CLM, legal operations, contract management processes, workflow automation, governance, user adoption, reporting, integrations, and CLM operating models.

Key Objectives

The consultant will help the client:

• Evaluate current Ironclad configuration and utilization
• Improve efficiency of contract intake, drafting, review, approval, execution, and renewal processes
• Increase business user adoption and engagement

• Streamline workflows and reduce contract cycle times
• Implement CLM governance and best practices
• Optimize integrations with enterprise systems

Responsibilities

Current State Assessment

• Conduct workshops with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders
• Review existing Ironclad configuration, workflows, approval processes, templates, and repository structure
• Assess contract lifecycle maturity and operational effectiveness
• Evaluate platform adoption across business units
• Identify process bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and governance gaps
• Review reporting capabilities and data quality issues
• Assess current integrations with third-party applications

Solution Optimization

• Recommend improvements to:
• Workflow configurations
• Approval matrices
• Contract request processes
• Contract metadata management
• Playbooks
