Job summary

Apple Retail in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Technical Expert to assist customers with understanding and repairing Apple devices. You will perform repairs on iPhone and other Apple products and educate customers on repair options and services.

You will collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems, share knowledge, and support a high-quality repair process while maintaining an inclusive environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.
Experience in retail or sales.
Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
Share knowledge with the team and help identify recurring repair problems.
Assist with customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed.
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
