M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to act as the primary technical resource for major industrial electrical construction projects in Michigan.

You will manage field documentation, help develop safety and project plans, and ensure on-site work meets contract requirements and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Engineering or related field, 1–3 years of construction experience, and CAD/3-D modeling skills with ability to interact with customers and project teams to

• 1-3 years of related construction experience.
• Strong CAD and 3-D modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand, and manage contract requirements and field documentation.
• Develop job-specific safety, scheduling, and cost-control plans.
• Maintain daily reports and QA documents; coordinate submittals.
• Design raceway and cable tray layouts using CAD and sketches.
• Plan cable pulling and coordinate with field management and customers.
