Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort, and distribute mail from USPTO and other agencies per procedures.
• Ensure daily docket clearance and maintain filing logs per policies.
• Provide guidance on complex docket questions to IP attorneys and staff.
• Maintain a docket database and generate reports as required.
• Lead audits and mass updates of bibliographic data when assigned.
