Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking an IP Docket Specialist to ensure quality control of US and Non-US patent docketing within the IP Management System. You will collaborate with the IP Docket Manager, maintain portfolios, and handle confidential docket-related communications with attorneys and staff.

The role includes training material creation, policy development, and generating timely reports while safeguarding client information and complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience.
• Paralegal certification beneficial.
• Minimum eight (8) years IP docketing experience.
• Experience with docket software and domestic/foreign patent matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control of US and Non-US docketing entries.
• Assist in creating and implementing new training materials.
• Support development of new docketing policies and procedures.
• Manage incoming data quality and provide support to attorney teams.
