Dow is seeking a Paralegal in Midland, MI to support patent docketing and filing operations within the Core Legal Practices – Technology & Operations team. You will assist with IPMS updates, document processing, and collaboration with attorneys, vendors, and records contacts.

Formación

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant paralegal/docketing experience.
• Experience with deadline-driven work in a legal environment preferred.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide docketing and filing support for U.S. and international patent matters.
• Review client mail and determine due dates to enter into IPMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and counsel to support case administration.
• Maintain data integrity and system records for legal operations.
• Proactively communicate issues to the Innovation Case team to maintain status.
