Dow Inc. is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to provide comprehensive patent prosecution support from a base in Midland, Michigan or Lake Jackson, Texas, working within the Core Legal Practices – Patent team. You will manage U.S.

and international filings, office actions, and related submissions while coordinating with attorneys, foreign associates, and docketing teams. You will handle deadlines, maintain records, and communicate with clients on filings, instructions, and annuity matters,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in paralegal/legal field.
• Experience supporting patent prosecution processes is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and file US patent applications and international filings.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities with attorneys and vendors.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain prosecution records.
• Communicate with clients regarding filings and official communications.
• Support invention evaluation and inventor-related processes.
• Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency in patent workflows.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
