Dow Inc. is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support the core Legal Practices – Patent team. Based on site in Midland, MI or Lake Jackson, TX, you will manage domestic and international patent prosecution matters, coordinates with attorneys, clients, foreign counsel, and docketing teams to ensure timely filings and accurate records.

Competenze

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant paralegal or docketing experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of patent prosecution processes and terminology.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications, international PCT applications, and related submissions.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign patent prosecution activities and deadlines with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Monitor dockets, review patent office correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
• Support invention evaluation and inventor-related processes with organized documentation.
• Improve efficiency by developing policies, procedures, and tools for patent processes.
