Qualifications

• Associate degree OR 2 years of relevant work experience such as paralegal, legal professional, intellectual property, docketing, or comparable deadline-driven experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications, international PCT applications, and related submissions.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities and maintain docketing.
• Monitor dockets and deadlines and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
