Job summary

Dow is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist in Midland, MI to support the Legal team across patent, trademark, and copyright workflows. You will partner with paralegals, attorneys, and external vendors to ensure accurate docketing, filing, and documentation, while helping maintain systems and processes.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, data integrity, and proactive problem solving within the Core Legal Practices – Technology & Operations group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex legal datasets, filings, and documentation.
• Experience with docketing, filing, and IP processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal systems and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to paralegals, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
• Maintain IPMS records, docketing entries, and filing coordination for trademarks and patents.
• Support data integrity reviews, renewal reminders, and process improvements within Core Legal Practices.
