Dow Inc. is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join the Core Legal Practices – Patent team. Based on site in Midland, Michigan, or Lake Jackson, Texas, you will manage domestic and international filings, office actions, and related submissions with precision and discretion.

You will work with attorneys, clients, foreign counsel, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant patent protection across jurisdictions and continuously improve processes through technology and standardized workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree OR 2 years of relevant work experience in paralegal, IP, docketing or deadline-driven roles.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications and international PCT filings.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities and deadlines.
• Monitor dockets, report patent office communications, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, foreign counsel, and docketing teams to improve workflows.
