Dow Inc. is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support the Core Legal Practices – Patent team.

Based on site in Midland, Michigan, or Lake Jackson, Texas, you will independently manage domestic and international patent prosecutions with deadlines and coordination across multiple professionals and jurisdictions. You will prepare and file actions, monitor dockets, and communicate with clients and foreign counsel while maintaining accurate records and improving processes through standardized

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available for this position.
• Experience with patent prosecution processes and related terminology is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications, international PCT applications, and related prosecution submissions.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign patent prosecution activities and communicate with clients, foreign counsel, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate patent records and support invention evaluation and inventor-related processes.
