Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight years IP docketing experience.
• Experience with docket software and US/foreign patent matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of US and Non-US patent docketing entries.
• Assist in creating and implementing training materials.
• Develop and implement docketing policies to mitigate risk.
• Manage incoming data from transfer-in portfolios.
• Provide backup for Docketing Specialists.
• Answer docket-related inquiries from IP attorneys and staff.
• Maintain docket database accuracy and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Docketing team to meet IP section goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of docket matters and client information.
• Ensure accuracy of USPTO and other agency documents.
• Provide information to IP attorneys and staff about deadlines.
