Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an IoT Solution Sales Director - Hitech to drive growth across IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and R&D services. You will lead end-to-end sales, build executive relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires deep IoT knowledge, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to operate within a matrix organization. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling of engineering services or solutions to R&D organizations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline plans for Hitech sector.
• Own end-to-end sales from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Lead P&L responsibilities and manage a portfolio of IoT programs.
