Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior sales leader for its IoT and Digital Engineering practice in North America to drive growth with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. The candidate should bring 13+ years of industry experience shaping proposals, building client relationships, and leading solution-based deals.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, present and promote IoT and engineering services, and manage large deals ($5M+).

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience with CPG customers in professional services and engineering.
• Familiarity with IT/OT systems used in industry and Purdue model for manufacturing facilities.
• Experience in R&D, engineering and design services including PLM and Digital Thread.
• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills in Digital Engineering, IoT, Cloud, and IT/OT.
• Ability to write specifications based on customer requirements.
• Experience with CPG customers and domains like R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
• Independently scoped and closed large deals of $5M+ in engineering and manufacturing services.
• Proven consultative selling skills and client references over 5+ years.
• Ability to build client relationships within the CPG domain and develop account plans.

Responsibilities

• Bring the company’s engineering services value to major CPG customers in North America.
• Shape proposals and large deals with cross-functional teams.
• Present, promote, and sell IoT and Engineering services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with prospects and client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote IoT, engineering and related services.
• Conduct market analysis and lead business planning and strategic sales activities.
• Track sales, report status updates, and drive client engagement.
• Drive awareness of IoT and Engineering solutions through events, thought leadership, and roadshows.
