Job summary

Hologram is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to manage the customer relationship post-sale, focusing on onboarding, troubleshooting, and automation across SIM, device, and network issues. You will own the deployment lifecycle from provisioning to live production and collaborate with engineering to resolve systemic problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with ownership from onboarding to production.
• Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, RATs, and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT).
• Experience building automations or integrations against real operational workflows; familiarity with AI tooling in support/ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end-to-end from SIM provisioning to a live deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve SIM, device, and network connectivity issues across the deployment lifecycle.
• Lead automation work to remove manual steps and streamline onboarding.
• Improve onboarding processes from SIM order intake through provisioning and connectivity setup.
• Automate account-health monitoring and alerting for the Account Management team.
• Maintain and expand internal tooling and documentation; advocate for customers internally.
