Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to help enterprise customers deploy and adopt our IoT solutions across fleets and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding to renewal, working with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure successful deployments.

You will champion Samsara’s culture and operate in a fast-growing environment with autonomy and opportunities to grow your career while supporting global expansion and new offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred and technical product exposure.
• Strong problem solving, consultative skills, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability using the IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
