• BS/BA in Chemistry or closely related science.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing ion chromatography or related lab instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance for benchtop IC systems.
• Provide on-site and remote support via phone, email, Teams.
• Collaborate with Process Analytics teams to support IC instruments in process systems.
• Manage a dynamic schedule across a multi-state territory.
• Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams for a seamless experience.
