Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to process invoicing documents and respond to internal and external invoicing questions. You will handle a variety of data entry tasks with speed and accuracy while communicating clearly with dealers and internal teams.

The role requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with experience in invoicing and related processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three years of experience and/or training with invoicing or similar role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer entry skills with speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process repair parts invoices, and related debit memos and credit memos by entering freight and miscellaneous charges, terms codes, General Ledger accounting group codes (A), and notepad notes in sales orders, and emailing invoicing documents to dealers.
• Ensure accuracy and provide clarification by coordinating with Shipping, Pricing, and IT to resolve invoicing questions and system issues.
• Cross-train and provide backup support to team members. Train summer students.
• Adhere to month-end and year-end special deadlines.
