Job summary

RTC is seeking an Invoicing Accounting Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing in alignment with each client’s billing requirements. This role collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, track orders, and maintain proper supporting documentation.

You will monitor unbilled orders, review billing documents, and process invoices using Infor LN, while handling prepayments and credits.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable processes is preferred.
• Ability to review billing documents and support for billing accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor unbilled orders and follow up to ensure timely invoicing.
• Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and other billing support for accuracy.
• Track shipments and resolve billing or delivery discrepancies.
• Understand customer-specific billing requirements and deadlines.
• Calculate freight, shipping, and other charges.
• Prepare and process invoices using Infor LN and supporting documentation.
• Process and track prepayment and installment orders.
• Review and process customer credits.
• Submit invoices and credits via email, portals, and procurement websites.
• Collaborate with Account Services, Sales, Shipping, AR, and Accounting to resolve issues.
