• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, billing, or sales operations.
• Proficient with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment & Order Entry: Enter orders into QuickBooks and tracking systems.
• Invoicing: Convert shipping manifests into formal invoices.
• Cash Application: Reconcile daily payments against accounts receivable.
• Collections & Accounts Receivable: Monitor aging and follow up on past due invoices.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate with warehouse/3PL for timely shipping.
