Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support client billing, invoice processing, and billing compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments, respond to client inquiries, and complete transactional activities in Elite, ARCS, and related systems.

Required: 3+ years of relevant experience and an Associate degree in Accounting or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client accounting, billing, or revenue accounting.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-bill distribution, invoice processing, and billing distribution.
• Monitor Work-in-Process (WIP) and inventory.
• Handle electronic submissions, revisions, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies.
• Complete transactional accounting activities in Elite, ARCS, and related systems.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with accounting, finance, and other firm departments.
• Consistently meet or exceed production, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Support evolving business needs through additional billing and accounting tasks.
