Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to join our Dallas fund administration team. You will support investor onboarding, respond to client requests, and help ensure accurate financial and AML reporting for private equity funds.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel/Outlook skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines. You will collaborate with onboarding and engagement teams and maintain secure data handling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills across the firm.

Responsibilities

Respond to client and investor requests including onboarding and updating investor information.
Assist with ad-hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting, capital calls, distributions, and wire preparation.
Compile and organize investor CRM information and update client data.
Communicate with the technology team to set up client portals and AML data.
Provide general administrative support to engagement and onboarding teams and assist in reporting and audit preparations.
Engage in project management of deadlines and client requests while handling sensitive data.
