Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a client services professional to join our growing fund accounting firm in Los Angeles. The Investor Services Specialist will engage with clients and investors, support engagement teams, and help deliver an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding new investors, answering information requests, preparing financial and tax reports, and assisting with AML and CRM data. A Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with creative thinking.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle diverse tasks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests, including granting access to investor portals and onboarding.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting, capital calls, and wire preparation.
• Compile and organize investor CRM information with updated client data.
• Coordinate with the technology team to set up client portals and AML reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to engagement and onboarding teams, generating reports and updating systems.
• Support in financial reporting, tax preparation, audit prep, and other fund administration activities.
• Manage project deadlines and client requests across ongoing tasks.
