Responsibilities include responding to investor requests, onboarding new investors, updating CRM data, preparing tax and financial reporting, and supporting AML checks while coordinating with the technology team to set up client portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including granting access to the investor portal and updating investor information.
• Assist with new investor onboarding and financial information questions.
• Assist with completing audit documents and ad-hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting.
• Coordinate with technology to set up client portals and run AML reports.
• Provide general administrative support to engagement and onboarding teams.
