Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication with team members and senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including granting access to the investor portal and updating investor information.
• Assist with onboarding, ad-hoc projects, and financial/tax reporting tasks.
• Compile investor CRM information and coordinate with the technology team for portals.
• Run AML reports and maintain AML data.
• Support engagement and onboarding teams with reporting and administrative needs.
• Assist with audit preparations and other fund administration activities.
• Manage deadlines and client requests while safeguarding sensitive data.
