Job summary

Standish Management, LLC seeks an Investor Services Specialist in Raleigh, NC to support investor relations and fund administration. The role focuses on responding to investor inquiries, onboarding new investors, and coordinating with engagement and onboarding teams to ensure accurate, timely information delivery.

Responsibilities include financial/tax reporting assistance, AML reporting, and maintaining investor CRM data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with teamwork mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication with team members and clients across the firm.

Responsibilities

Respond to investor and client requests, including onboarding and updating investor information.
Assist with ad-hoc projects like financial and tax reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
Compile and organize investor CRM data and provide information to the technology team.
Run AML reports and maintain AML databases as needed.
Support engagement and onboarding teams with reports and data gathering.
Engage in project management of team deadlines and client requests.
