Job summary

Alumni Ventures in Nashua, NH seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support its investor community and gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services.

You’ll work closely with prospective and existing investors, Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer success, client services, relationship management, or related roles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in investing, venture capital, startups, or related business topics.
• Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor questions through email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful support using approved resources and internal playbooks.
• Help individuals navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings, processes, and community experience.
• Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver high-touch, service-oriented experiences across the investor journey.
