Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking an Associate Community Manager to support our investor community while gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital, investor relations, and fund operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services.

You’ll work closely with prospective and existing investors, Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer facing roles.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and provide thoughtful support.
• Interest in investing, venture capital, startups, or related topics.

Responsibilities

• Investor & Community Support: be day-to-day contact for investors; respond to questions via email, phone, webinars, events.
• Investor Support and Community Operations: build relationships and deliver high-touch experience across the investor journey.
• Partner Support & Operations: collaborate with senior leaders; support fundraising, fund operations, events, and programs.
• Data, Reporting & Process Improvement: track engagement, maintain data in systems, assist with reporting and workflows.
• Strategic Projects: participate in cross-functional initiatives and learniana growth-oriented tasks.
