Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support our investor community and gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, fundraising, and fund operations. You’ll work with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams to support investor engagement, events, and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer success, client services, relationship management, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Interest in investing, venture capital, startups, or related topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor questions via email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Provide timely, accurate, thoughtful support using approved resources.
• Help investors navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings and processes.
• Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-touch, service-oriented investor experience across the journey.
• Anticipate needs and help resolve questions with professionalism.
• Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement.
