Job summary

Alumni Ventures in Boston is seeking a Client Services Associate to support our investor community while gaining hands‑on exposure to venture capital, investor relations, and fund operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
• Interest in learning about investing, venture capital, or related business topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor questions through email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Provide timely, accurate support using approved resources and playbooks.
• Help investors navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings and community experience.
• Build relationships with investors, manage onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leaders.
• Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, and club programs.
• Assist with virtual events, investor meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Track engagement activity, maintain data in CRM systems, and support reporting.
