Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-facing environment such as customer success, client services, relationship/account management, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor questions via email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Provide timely, accurate support using approved resources and playbooks.
• Help investors navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings and community experience.
