Alumni Ventures is hiring an Investor Relations Associate in the United States (Andover, MA) to support our investor community and venture activities. You’ll work across investor communications, onboarding, events, and operations to enable fundraising and engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of client service, relationship management, and financial services. You’ll learn from senior leaders while contributing to data, processes, and scalable investor experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, client services, relationship management, or related).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and provide thoughtful customer support.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
• Interest in investing, venture capital, startups, or related topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors across channels.
• Provide timely, accurate investor support and guide users through Alumni Ventures offerings and processes.
• Build strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality engagement across the journey.
• Support onboarding, engagement initiatives, fundraising activities, and fund operations.
• Track engagement metrics, maintain data in CRM systems, and contribute to reporting for leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, research, and process improvements to enhance the investor experience.
