Alumni Ventures in Manchester, NH is hiring a Community Manager to support our investor community and fund operations. You’ll work across investor relations, customer success, and cross-functional teams to enhance engagement and onboarding.

We value candidate interest in investing and startups, strong communication, organization, and relationship-building. This is a hands-on, in-office role with learning opportunities and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or related client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for investors and community members.
• Respond to questions via email, calls, webinars, and events.
• Support onboarding and ongoing investor engagement.
• Collaborate with partners and senior leaders on fundraising and operations.
• Help track engagement metrics and maintain data quality in systems.
