Job summary

PGIM, the Global Asset Management arm of Prudential, is seeking a driven Investment Operations professional to support ABF and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies. Hybrid schedule in Newark, NJ with strong collaboration across Portfolio Management, Legal, and Fund Management teams.

The candidate will manage deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and end-to-end reporting, ensuring accurate IBOR positions and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; all majors considered.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of independent research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support PGIM's Alternative Investment Operations across ABF and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies.
• Assist deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, and asset servicing.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Legal, Fund Management, custodians, trustees, and agent banks.
• Maintain Order Management System (OMS) records and IBOR positions.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
