Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Investment Operations to support PGIM’s Alternative Investment Operations platform in Newark, NJ.

The role combines operational oversight across Asset Based Finance and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies with hands-on deal onboarding, settlement, funding, and asset servicing. The position follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) with collaboration across Portfolio Management, Legal, and fund management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across Asset Based Finance and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies.
• Manage deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and secondary market trading activities.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Deal Teams, Legal, Fund Management, counterparties, custodians, trustees, and agent banks to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions and portfolio support.
