Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures.
• Intermediate or Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively facilitate the deal execution process with deal team, counsel, fund management, and other stakeholders.
• Capture and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity in the OMS.
• Manage end-to-end wire payment processes for deal funding and settlement.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
• Manage daily production including cash forecasting and positioning.
• Research and resolve cash and position breaks with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute recurring/ad hoc reports for decision-making.
