You will oversee deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and related lifecycle activities, collaborating with portfolio managers, legal teams, and custodians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience with Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or restructures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deal execution with deal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and capture trading activity in OMS with IBOR positioning.
• Manage end-to-end wire payments, funding, settlement, and controls.
• Coordinate private asset transfers and daily cash forecasting.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
