Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Local Operations / Warehouse Coordinator for the Greater Pittsburgh area. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, vendor relations, and customer service to support branch performance and safety.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, stock and ship orders, and perform cycle counts and audits while working with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operations or a related position.
• Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Can-do attitude and doing it right the first time.
• Ability to collaborate with associates, customers and vendors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and branch operations to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Receive, stock, organize, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and annual physical inventories.
• Review and resolve order exceptions, shipment discrepancies, customer returns, vendor returns, and inventory issues.
• Process invoices, freight claims, credits, corrections, transfers, and month-end order closeouts.
• Support customer pickup orders, vendor relationships, and cross-functional operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with facility, administrative, and office support activities as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Perform additional operations, warehouse, and administrative duties as assigned.
