Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operations or related role.
Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; able to multi-task and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse and branch operations to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Receive, stock, organize, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and annual inventories.
Review and resolve order exceptions, shipment discrepancies, customer returns, vendor returns, and inventory issues.
Process invoices, freight claims, credits, corrections, transfers, and month-end order closeouts.
Support customer pickup orders, vendor relationships, and cross-functional operational needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist with facility, administrative, and office support activities as needed.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
Perform additional operations, warehouse, and administrative duties as assigned.
