Job summary

Avantor is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support customer service and inventory management in a fast-paced GMP environment. You will receive, stock, and track consumables, coordinate with customer sites, and ensure accurate inventory levels and timely communications for availability issues.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience.
Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Receive products at customer dock or shipping/receiving point and unpack as needed.
Record receipts of inventory and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory levels in storerooms and customer areas.
Transport consumables within the customer facility and stock POU locations.
Use a scanner and software to transact stocking quantities and upload transactions.
Conduct regular POU audits for proper signage and records.
Serve as primary contact for inventory availability issues and escalation.
