Job summary

Avantor is seeking an on-site role in Chandler, AZ, offering an hourly rate of $18.60 with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 am to 3 pm. The position involves receiving and stocking inventory, coordinating with customer operations, and supporting lab and production services to help accelerate scientific work.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive products at customer dock or shipping/receiving point.
• Record receipts against packing slips and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in store rooms and customer areas.
• Transport consumables within the customer facility and stock locations.
• Use a scanner to transact stocking quantities and upload to the system.
• Perform regular audits of inventory signage, min/max levels and update records.
