Job summary

Avantor's Rio Rancho site is seeking an inventory and materials associate to support lab and production operations. You will receive shipments, verify receipts, and maintain accurate stock levels while moving items across the facility using wheeled carts. The role supports GMP-like controls and daily inventories.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: 1+ years of prior work experience required
• GMP facility experience desired

Responsibilities

• Receiving products at customer dock or shipping/receiving point.
• Record receipts of inventory against packing slips and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory levels within storerooms and customer areas.
• Transport consumables using wheeled carts throughout the facility.
• Stock locations using a scanner and proprietary software.
• Monitor audits for proper signage, min/max levels, and contacts.
• Serve as the point of contact for inventory availability issues.
• Support non-standard on-site activities and tours.
