Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, materials management, or a related operational environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data tracking, and report preparation.
• Experience supporting inventory setup, stockroom organization, warehouse layout, materials management, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices, including item setup, location setup, receiving, stocking, cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy validation.
• Basic analytical skills, including the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, summarize findings, and prepare reports or trackers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with leadership, managers, supervisors, staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy, inventory integrity, and process compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in warehouse, office, stockroom, and operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory setup across sites, including ERP configuration support and readiness validation.
• Support warehouse and inventory control processes: cycle counting, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, inventory accuracy reviews.
• Assist with physical organization of materials to promote efficient workflow.
• Travel between sites to coordinate inventory setup and on-site implementation.
• Monitor tasks, timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-up to complete milestones.
• Collect and summarize inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide accurate status updates, reports, trackers, and inventory records for leadership.
• Serve as a point of contact with operations directors, managers, and supervisors.
• Identify escalation risks, delays, and process concerns in a timely manner.
• Support standardization and adherence to inventory setup processes.
