Job summary

EDL is seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist to support warehouse operations, maintain ERP master data, and ensure accurate inventory across sites. You will participate in stocktakes, implement trackable processes for auditing setups, and collaborate with broader operations and supply chain teams to close gaps.

The role requires 15–20% travel, strong organizational skills, and a background in manufacturing supply chain with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Train operations on warehouse practices and drive inventory accuracy.
• Maintain adequate inventories and conduct annual stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Oversee ERP implementation, purchasing, and workflows for inventory systems.
• Develop and maintain ERP master data for new projects.
• Create trackable processes to audit initial setups and identify gaps.
• Prepare progress reports for projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support sourcing and tracking of emergent supply chain issues.
• Manage warranty and core processing for sites and orders.
