Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Inventory Planner I for a 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM) in Redmond, WA. This onsite role focuses on data accuracy and seamless tool operations to support production and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain or inventory management, or a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and improve processes. Physical tasks include lifting and moving materials as needed.

Inventory Planner - Inventory Planner I

Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite)

Compensation: $22 - $29 HOURLY

Role Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Planner for a 2nd shift role, working Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. This position requires strong execution of data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective, assisting in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute tasks using a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
• Physically move and expedite materials when required to support production and meet work order completion schedules.
• Verify all materials are packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to the production floor.
• Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.
• Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.
• Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and hand carts.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control, or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, with the ability to navigate and interpret data.
