Everforth Apex in Redmond, WA, is seeking an Inventory Planner to join our onsite team. You will help maintain data accuracy across planning tools, manage inbound shipments, track purchase orders, fill rates, and vendor communications while optimizing stock levels.

The ideal candidate has about 1 year of relevant experience, is highly organized, and proficient with Excel. Strong written and oral communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• Highly organized, self-starting, proficient with business software such as Excel.
• Flexibility, strong written and oral communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy for all tools and processes.
• Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory requirements.
• Execute tasks using purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
