Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to join our supply chain team in Carlsbad, NM. The role supports inventory control, SAP entry, requisitions, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in materials management, SAP, and strong analytical and communication skills, able to work independently in office and field settings. Travel is 10-15%.

Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis.
• SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for Carlsbad yard and warehouse.
• Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting.
• Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory.
• Assisting with booking freight and other logistics.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
