Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Inventory Planner I for a 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM) in Redmond, WA. This onsite role focuses on data accuracy and seamless tool operations to support production and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain or inventory management, or a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and improve processes. Physical tasks include lifting and moving materials as needed.

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience in inventory management or supply chain optimization.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and handle physical tasks.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy across tools and processes.
• Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking, fill rates, vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine needs.
• Execute tasks using purchase order, in-stock, and vendor systems.
