Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members and improve selling behaviors.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
• Receive and key truck, execute truck unload plan, stage totes for Freight Team Leader, and complete Loader Feedback Survey.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight and DC freight according to process standards.
• Create Fill to Capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Key inventory adjustments and correct discrepancies according to process and direction.
• Review Negative On Hand Report and execute follow-up.
• Review and execute buybacks and RTV processes.
• Check ACT for assigned tasks and complete receiving, inventory, and compliance actions.
• Key daily defectives, print Summary Report, and submit to the Store Operations Manager.
• Complete various safety checks and program requirements.
• Complete monthly food expiration reviews for Feed/Food and Registers.
• Check High Dollar List; label Rainchecks, BOPIS DC Transfer, and Subscription items.
• Process UPS/FedEx shipments, freight claims, used oil recycling, and used tires recycling where applicable.
• Complete various transfer and order verification processes.
• Partner with the Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance, receiving standards, and follow-up.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register/computer, and assist customers with loading purchases.
